This is one of the few scanners available anywhere that can be used on all animals as it features a Digital Convex Hand held probe, thus guaranteeing the latest technology in Ultrasound and the best image quality available.

Horses require just the hand held probe without the wand extension, as their rectal wall is far more delicate than a cows (where the extension wand is used).

The CR-2A Wand works wirelessly, extending the image up onto an Apple Tablet through a free App called VetUS – effectively converting an Apple Tablet into a full featured Ultrasound Pregnancy Scanner capable of doing everything that a $20,000 Scanner does.
