Horses have a thin Rectal Wall which can easily be damaged and that can prove to be fatal. To pregnancy scan a horse rectally with an ultrasound image scanner, we recommend that you enlist the services of an Equine Specialist adequately trained in the Rectal Examination of a Horse.
